I think it is genetics and life experiences. I come from a father and a mother quiet boisterous. I can be at a time, but I prefer quiet. This is probably because I like to think my own thoughts, to understand things, learn new things constantly. I love to read and garden and contemplate. I like painting and bird watching and hiking, and I love photography. All those things that name does things better without the noise going on around them. They are peaceful, gentle, quiet kind of thing. When I have spent months and without much social interaction, I'm very very stressed by social interaction in the first term involved in After returning home I exaggerated and can not concentrate on anything you usually like to do. I can not sleep that night. However, if you still have social interactions, it only takes about four times, and have adapted to it. Then I can switch between the socialization (which in my case means the community theater, which is very exciting, fun, and consists of a lot of intense interpersonal communication), and my quiet family life. I also believe in the theory of Myers Briggs of extroversion and introversion. The theory is that the more outgoing you are, you get more energy by being around other people. The more introverted that rather than being energized by yourself. I am an introvert, but not a total introvert, according to Myers Briggs Personality Indicator (one of my songs Favorite conversation.) So I'm exhausted when I'm around other people, and regain my energy by being alone. However, given some energy from the others, but only a little. Anyway, that's my view on this subject!
